These terms govern your use of the Thyrivo iPhone app, including the Thyrivo Pro subscription. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.

Thyrivo is an educational app and a tool for building a medication habit. It helps you remember your medication, keep notes about how you feel and your results, and learn general information about thyroid conditions.
Thyrivo is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, interpret lab results, calculate or suggest doses, assess symptoms or replace a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
Never change or stop your treatment based on content in the app. If you feel unwell, contact your doctor; in an emergency call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
Use of the app downloaded from the App Store is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms supplement it. For the licence to the app, the Apple EULA prevails in case of conflict.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Thyrivo name, logo, app design and educational content are protected by copyright and trademark law.
The app runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Some features (e.g. Live Activities, Dynamic Island, Lock Screen widgets, Apple Health) depend on your device model, iOS version and settings.
We may develop the app and change or add features. If we remove a feature included in the paid subscription, we will tell you in the app in advance.
Free features include medication reminders, dose tracking and streaks, the tablet countdown, widgets and Siri, check-up reminders, the wellbeing journal, key lessons and nutrition basics, and backup and deletion of your data. We will not move features that help you take medication regularly into the paid tier.
Thyrivo Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features: lab results and weight with Apple Health import, the timeline, journal trends, the PDF visit report and the full library of lessons and tips. The current feature list is shown in the app.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, which also handles refunds; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal as described in Apple's Media Services Terms. This does not limit your statutory rights, including for digital content that does not conform to the contract; you can also contact us at support@thyrivo.com. We reply within 14 days.
Data you enter is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We have no access to it and cannot recover it. If you delete the app, lose your phone or use "Delete all data" without a backup, your data may be lost. We recommend making regular backups in Settings.
Use the app lawfully and in line with these terms. Do not try to circumvent purchase protections, decompile the app beyond what the law permits, or distribute its educational content commercially.
Lessons and tips are based on publicly available patient information and medication leaflets. They are general, may not reflect the latest research or your individual situation, and are not medical advice. Your doctor's instructions and your medication leaflet always take priority.
We work to keep the app reliable, including sending reminders as scheduled. However, notifications depend on iOS and your settings (e.g. Focus, silent mode, disabled notifications). The app is an aid; taking your medication as prescribed remains your responsibility.
We are not liable for health decisions made solely on the basis of app content. For consumers, we do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for intentional damage or gross negligence.
We may change these terms for valid reasons such as changes in law, app features or App Store rules. We will announce material changes in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence. You may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through a consumer ombudsman.
