Medical disclaimer
Thyrivo helps you remember your medication and understand your thyroid condition better. It does not replace your doctor.
Effective: 8 October 2026
What the app does
- Reminds you about medication you have already been prescribed and lets you record whether you took it.
- Shows general leaflet guidance for taking levothyroxine, e.g. the gap before breakfast and coffee.
- Lets you record wellbeing, lab results and weight and see them over time.
- Provides general educational content about thyroid conditions and nutrition.
What the app does not do
- It does not diagnose conditions.
- It does not interpret lab results and has no built-in norms; it only shows the range you copied from your lab report.
- It does not calculate, suggest or check medication doses. The dose label is only your note.
- It does not assess symptoms or tell you whether to start, change or stop treatment.
Your doctor decides
Always follow your doctor and the leaflet that comes with your medication. If anything in the app seems to contradict them, your doctor and the leaflet take priority.
Emergencies
If you feel seriously unwell, for example a very fast heartbeat with fever and confusion, severe shortness of breath, or fever with a sore throat while taking antithyroid drugs, contact your doctor immediately or call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
Sources
Educational content is based on publicly available patient information from organisations such as the American Thyroid Association, the British Thyroid Foundation, the NHS and the Polish Society of Endocrinology, and on leaflets of medicines authorised in Poland. It is reviewed for general accuracy but may not reflect the latest research or your situation.
